Seafood Trainee is a national trainee program for the seafood industry. Seafood Trainee provides young graduates a unique opportunity to gain knowledge of a sustainable and future-oriented industry. 83 Seafood Trainee’s have attended the program since the start in 2016, and we are now looking for 30 candidates who want to build a carreer within the seafood industry.

About the program :
– Seafood Trainee is a national trainee program for the seafood industry
– The program extends over a year, and is a business-oriented junior program for young graduates with bachelor/master’s degree in biology, technology, fish health, aquaculture, economics, social sciences, marketing and law.
– The program offers intensive work in one company, where one gets basic training and introduction to the company’s overall business, and participates in a joint academic program.
– The academic program extends over four modules in three days, where one session will take place abroad. The modules will focus on the seafood industry’s value chain, marketing, research, technology and innovation.
