"Culinary Love to Trash Fish"
Chefs are change agents for sustainability, shepherds of food cultures and diets and highly influence what and how people eat. We have invited Norway’s leading chefs to share their visions for the future of sustainable food and exchange knowledge to support sustainable consumption patterns.
The reception will take place at KODE Art Museum, one of Scandinavia’s largest museums for art, craft, design and music. The menu theme is “Culinary Love to Trash Fish”. Bringing awareness to combat food waste by giving culinary love to these lesser-known fish species, all to the tone of music played by the city’s best DJs.
Looking forward to see you all at our food & art event “Culinary Love to Trash Fish”. Together with Norway’s leading Culinary Chef Network “Smak av kysten” we have prepared a special menu, accompanied with music from one of our best DJs and Modern Art.
