The second module of our MBA programme in Sustainable Seafood tied the analysis of the external environment to strategic decision-making.

In the first module, the industry characteristics were identified. The characteristics were discussed further in the second module which took place in Canada. In the second module the candidates studied strategic perspective with an emphasis on how regulatory, political and cultural conditions influences financial performance in an industry and the strategic options a firm has.

The module also took a close look at how firms could identify, develop and make use of resources and capabilities that will enable them to create sustainable competitive advantages.  FullSizeRender FullSizeRenderpp IMG_1599
